Pros
It's a paycheck! I did like the commute because I lived in the south and I would be going against traffic on the way home and on the way there.
Kontras
This was my experience in a nutshell. Now please feel free to make up your own mind about this place. But lets just start with the owner is scary because of this. The owner is not involved with what's happening at his own company. He sits in his office ignoring everything that happens outside of it. He goes off the word of other people instead of investigating fully. The front office people are awful to work with. They are unpleasant and very "fake" if you know more than them they get upset with you. I was yelled at a few times by the girl who was training me telling me there is no way I could learn it so quickly. Who gets mad about someone learning quickly and doing a good job?? She would actually try to keep me from doing work. They are just so unhappy in general. Misery loves company I guess. It's a poisoness work enviornment. The main front office people won't hesitate to lie and even throw you under the bus to cover their own butt to the owners or anyone else of hierarchy. They also expect you to do 3 different people's full time jobs without paying you for it. Not only that but they weren't up front with me about the job requirements. Yes ladies and gents they did a good old bait and switch. So don't expect work life balance either. The girl across from me would take all her work home and be working well into 8 or 9 at night. It's absurd to expect that much out of someone. People get burnt out and get unhappy it's common sense kids. Hence the crazy people in the front office! Please just love yourselves enough to run away from this awful place. You will see the weirdness as soon as you walk in the door. Something in your gut will be telling you that something is really wrong but it will be hard to figure out because on the outside they seem like nice people but they haven't shown their true colors just yet. This is what I saw in a week. Imagine what it would have been like if I was there longer. I didn't listen to what my gut was telling me and I ended up learning the hard way. Please be more intelligent than I and dodge this bullet.
