Management lies constantly, they only care about paying themselves. Techs will not go to jobs if they are not paid on payday, just to get their paychecks. The office staff was the last to get paid, if they got paid.
Pros
The owners seemed to be a nice family. Able to work at home but only because they move cities to hide their legal troubles. So they have you work at home so they don't have to pay you more money to afford gas.

There really are too many to post. They HIRE ANYONE & EVERYONE!! WISH I COULD PUT ZERO STARS CAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE!! I could go on for hours everything wrong with this company. DO NOT GET A JOB HERE!!! They will hire you.... They HIRE everyone that walks thru the door. I Just hope and pray no one else gets sucked into this company or whatever company name he is using this week which might be Shield Product. It really is easy for someone to get a company. If you have some money you can get a bond, licsense & insurance. You don't have to be good at anything related to the company or know what the hell you are doing. That is the case with Paul Aguire and his many faces. When one of his companies flop or has too many legal issues he uses someone in his families social security # & startes over with a new company. This also includes firing all his employees and/or never paying them. If you are a brave soul & think you see the good in him or think Im a great worker I can turn this company around or turn into a successful business think again. HE EMBEZZELS FROM HIS OWN COMPANY. They do not give you access to money or the bank accounts. You'll see money coming in but they use it on themselves or claim they have to do this or that with the money. YOU then can go months of not getting a paycheck which he could care less. HE WON'T PAY YOU!! He has gone through several office managers in the last year alone, a few bookkeepers and SEVERAL DOZEN YES SEVERAL TECHS, INSTALLERS, WORKERS, ETC. You want to know the turn around..... Let's just say every single employee hoops on the Aguire merry go round and right back off cause that is not our circus!! I'm working with lawyers and LnI along with almost 30 other employees trying to put Paul behind bars because he is evil and everything he does is illegal. Again..... The money sometimes comes in our he will have a good contract (that he screws up in a few months) but he finds other reasons or things he needs to do with this money so you won't ever be paid on time, or you will get a check but it bounces or not get anything at all. I went several months of promises while I watched him take 2 vacations to Arizona with his family and Hawaii. I mean really!!! I'm a single mother of two!!! I worked day and night for them and just got the run around. I would HAVE TO drive on my own gas to clients homes to get payments. And STILL not get paid. When I was hired I was told that he can bring in the work I just have to schedule but then turns around and doesn't and then says, "how am I suppose to pay if there is no money coming in".....um I don't care I was NOT hired on as commission. Plus with all the legal problems and not having a journeyman it was pretty hard to try to get new jobs because we were working illegal. Even our Administrative Journeyman was illegal that he just keeps on payroll even though he hasn't stepped foot on any job. Yes everything he does it illegal. If you are so lucky to get one or two paychecks (bet they were late) he keeps taxes right like all companies.....well he NEVER pays Lni and the state has no record of you working there cause they pocket your tax money. This really sucks when taxes come cause you won't get a W2 & have issues filing taxes cause you are waiting and waiting cause They promise They will be done any day now and then nothing They stop answering all contact from you. They have done this for decades to over b30 employees THAT I KNOW OF. Yes I have proof. I could go on and on but just DO NOT WORK FOR PAUL AGUIRE & whatever company name he's using this vCard quarter!!! FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO HAVE HIM DO A JOB..... DON'T CAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH CONSTRUCTION. HE DOESN'T HAVE A JOURNEYMAN EITHER WHICH IS ILLEGAL & again his admin journeyman signes for permits but never steps foot on the job which is all illegal. Proceed with caution EVERYONE!!

It was easy to get hired, you go in for one interview and basically if you can lift a ladder and don't have too many DUI's you got the job.

There is a lot of drama. People here let their emotions run them and they don't look for quality employees in the office support.
