      Pros

      -The people who work at Custom are the nicest; when help is needed, help is given. -The "Custom Casual" dress code is a nice option. -The spirit around the holidays was awesome with the ugly sweater contest and the decorations for the various religions as well as the catered brunch. -The vacation/release time allotted is one probably comparable to other companies. -Free eye care. -Very nice employee break room. -A small but sufficient fitness center. -The fish tank!

      -Despite there being three options, the health insurance benefits are expensive. -Sound carries very easily over cubicles and can be distracting.

      Hard work is recognized and rewarded. High employee retention - large average tenure of years worked. Very good rapport between employees and management. Fosters a professional environment while also engaging on a personal level. Growth opportunities available.
