Horrible micromanaging culture with in-department bullying going unchecked, everything changes at the founders whims including frequent layoffs while they try to make their start up "happen". Working so many hours (even weekends) meant my take home pay was significantly less than minimum wage, and no one cared about the level of stress unless the work was done on time.
