There are some truly amazing, highly-skilled people in most, if not all, departments. You will not be bored.

There is a massive employee-retention issue at this location. There are a few bad apples that ruin the experience for everyone, even if you don't work directly with them. The workload is tremendous due to the aforementioned reasons.
