They paid for my accounting training. There were some great people to work with. Stamford is a lovely place to work and live.

Leadership was totally absent. The best way to get promoted was to either a) Moan to Senior Management b) Tell everyone how awesome you are 24/7. There was very little opportunity given to those who actually wanted to do a good job.
