Pros

The workplace allows casual attire. Paid time off rolls over and that’s all I got folks. Don’t put your energy into this place.

Kontras

Bad management that thinks they know what they are doing and makes decisions based on their ignorance. They keep employees that are dumb rocks and let go of people who have been there for ages that know what they are doing.

Good work environment, awesome co workers, great bosses nice pay

Overtime and long orders sometimes supervisor could be very demanding but that’s part of the job

Pros

Most of the general employees are great and fun loving people. The work environment is pretty laid back. Some opportunities to travel although rare and work with sales to grow business. Lots of freedom to take initiative.

Kontras

Lack of structure makes career driven people move on quickly due to no apparent ladder to climb. Little to no management or organization, Uneducated managers using their emotions and ego to make decisions. Traditional unfair hierarchy, nepotism at it's finest. There is a lack of people who have experience in apparel/ clothing manufacturing. Low pay and an intensely political environment. Management often forces good employees to resign or due to their lack of maturity or understanding of the business let good hard working people go. I wouldn't waste your time with this company, it's under new ownership and they take advantage of hardworking people and just kick them to the curb or force them out when they think they are no longer needed. Management doesn't know best and they fail to learn or show accountability. Unwilling to train on the job, will lie and tell you what ever you would like to hear just to keep you on the job until they can find a replacement. They will threaten you and some inappropriate behavior exists as well. Have to wear many hats for little pay!! Sexism and harassment behaviors among management/owners of the business with direct reports. No real HR department. Lack of listening among management.
