Products have proven extremely difficult to sell, sales quotas are totally out of wack with reality. There is no concept of team selling here, it's every man for himself. Employees are nothing but a number here, not attempt to retain long term folks. They just throw you out like the trash when they don't want you anymore. Management is the buddy system, owners have brought in all their buds from a previous company paying them enormous salaries. The lack of sales combined with excessive salary load means this company is losing a lot of money!
