Interests are accommodated to an extent, and you can gain experience with multiple software tools that will carry over to different roles.

The “unlimited” PTO isn’t really unlimited. You have to make it up somehow because there’s a chargeable hours goal for each FY (varies by role). Long hours — all the time. Constantly understaffed because of high turnover with minimal effort to fulfill the positions. Management (for my BU) frowns upon breaks, so lunch breaks are nonexistent for a lot of my team members. I could go on and on.
