Great people. The particular office I worked at was going through a merger with crowe at the time. Emphasis of 55 hour work weeks during busy season and the management team there did a great job at supporting folks so they wouldn't get burnt out so quickly.
Kontras
The particular office specialized in certain industries which made it difficult to learn about different types of businesses. Additionally at the time, the office mainly offered audit and tax services to clients. There were opportunities to rotate to a different line of business if you met qualifications and had the ability to transfer to a major metropolitan area. Lastly budgets were tight on engagements to keep audit and tax services competitive which is a great thing but could also mean unrealistic budgets for certain jobs.
