Overall, I would say Crowe is on the cusp of greatness - but will only achieve that if it’s well intentioned senior leadership comes together as a team to create a unified vision of the future and a strategy to get there that can only be achieved if the client facing groups start working as an integrated team to support client and firm growth. There’s a great group of upper middle managers who are hungry to tie their group’s strategies and objectives to achieve a vision. Right now, that vision is missing.
