Unique culture that places value on their employees. Dynamic working environment with the ability to work on several different clients. Once you’ve gained the trust of your direct reports the working environment is flexibility (office, home, traveling, etc…). Great exposure to senior management and partners.
Kontras
Typical downsides of public accounting. Six days a week, and possibly 70-hour work weeks from January through March. Difficult to add value from an audit role as clients typically don’t view this external function as adding value to their business.
