There was very little communication, no formal training, and management was not clear about expectations. The resources and software were also outdated and not something you would expect from a top 10 public accounting firm. Client work papers were also disorganized and past tax returns had mistakes such as misspelling "Accpunting." Accordingly, I would not recommend this firm to someone who is serious about their tax career. You will be expected to produce, but management and the firm provide very little in terms of training, coaching, and the like.
