Pros
Crowe was in high growth mode at the time that I left. There was good support for the staff with details incorporated in the environment to make the offices generally user friendly.
Kontras
I found the environment stiff from a people perspective. Often the people in recruiting were more interested in making sure things looked right rather than making sure they produced sound results. I also found that organizational goals centered on work-life balance were spoken of but my personal experience did not reflect dedication to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
