Pros
Everyone is nice. The agents that have been there the longest help you more then the Leadership Team or Department Management. The agency is very nice to the eye, modern. All Leadership is easy to work for except one female Leadership member. She is very very rude and harsh to most everyone that works there and is a mental case.

The pay is absolutely terrible. No one can support their families on this type of salary. They promise you will make certain salary amounts in the interview and it's almost impossible to reach these goals, even the Top Performers are not reaching the goals and are not happy how they are treated. I feel bad for them because being new agent , I saw how hard they worked and they still are barely hitting goals or not at all and making $10/ hour. It's not worth your time if you are trying to support a family do not do it! Leadership sticks together and they are the only ones making a decent living. When I was interviewing with other agencies and firms, they are very knowledgeable that this company has a huge turnover rate. So it's no secret.
