Pros
Not many "pros" other than the number of workday/workweek hours are very reasonable, then again, not much gets done. Most of the employees are very nice.
Kontras
There is no trust and no autonomy to get things accomplished. The company will make every effort possible to not pay for work done. There is a track record for re-neg-ing on agreements. Get everything in writing and excruciating detail.
