Some nice and intelligent people work here. Most don’t stay, though.

Management consistently fails to deliver on its promises. 110% effort gets the same recognition, and pay, as 50% effort. Unbelievably high turnover rate resulting in no room for growth. Talent is not recognized. Management only cares about client retention.
