Enviroment not so good, for examples you cannot interact with your phone to long even tho your are construction company you need to literally only focus your job even tho its your job to interact with client, you need to expect that you will be doing other department job that not even in your job scope and most importantly about overtime you can claim but you need to have proof of what you doing even that they will question you more and more about it.
