A nurturing environment, with plenty of room and support for personal development. Even though I am in a semi-remote role I feel a part of the team, and with support from my peers and management it really is an encouraging environment. The projects that I get to collaborate are awesome, and if there are any issues with clients I feel like the team and management are on my side, but not afraid to let me know if things need to be taken in a different direction.

There are no cons, it is everything that I've wanted from employment.

Great team, great management and great opportunities. We always work on fantastic, exciting projects and have great fun. I love the people I work with. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help others. Would DEFFO recommend working here.
