Company has regularly hits sales goals, and there is ample opportunity for career advancement for those that want it. Inclusive culture with fun events that include both in office and remote employees. Management is transparent which helps employee's understand goals, objectives, and state of the business.

Multiple layoffs/furlough High turnover - revolving door Poor leadership No structure with products Sales is tanking Everyone works in silos CEO has no idea what ahe is doing nor does 70% of the executive leaders Everyone is doing the jobs of 3-5 people Micromanagement beyond belief Favoritism Product pricing makes no sense and it is very difficult to sell I could keep going - a lot of potential but this is a sinking ship and I dont see how they're going to turn it around in a space that is consistently having budget cuts.
