The company is really good with low work load. It's formed on a startup culture. So even though the company has 200 employees, you will interact with really small group from 2 to 20 depending on your area. A lot of paid traveling to conferences and meetings if you work in EU project. Amazing view to mountains.

The company doesn't have a clear vision or a straight line or direction. Currently in the process of merging with another bigger company in the same city. Not well paid.

If you are lucky, you get to work with talented people. However, that is not always the case.

Bad management, no mission and vision of the organisation.
