There’s nothing positive about this company. Benefits are average at best . Health Insurance is higher than other companies

Recruiters paint this company as a great place to work, but the reality is far from that. Case loads are unreasonably high, you have no support from management, and you are left out there to be abused by clients, when management were the ones who over promised to those clients, without taking one second to consider the burden on staff. If you are a high performer you will get dumped on the work of the slower, untrained people. On team meetings you only hear about what they want you to do, it doesn’t matter how much you are already doing. They count how many calls you take, make and for how long , as if you worked in a call center . Just stay away.
