Pros

The people who work here are all incredibly nice and compassionate. They are willing to help you as you need, and don't just immediately throw you out to the wolves like some other MSPs do when they see you have experience. The new office is lovely.

Kontras

They have a bad habit of issues being fixed and only one or two people knowing exactly what went into it. Communication could be a bit better, in general, when it comes to technical information sharing. This is actively being worked on though, and I've seen improvement while I've been here.

Pros

The company just moved into a brand-new office space, and the upgrade is fantastic. Bright, modern, and well-organized – it definitely brings a boost of fresh energy to the team. The new location is convenient, with better parking and and great nearby options for food, coffee, and errands. It’s a motivating environment to work in. Excited for what’s next in this upgraded space!

Some of the staff are good people

Terrible communication, from the top down, that would frequently be blamed on others and, yet, would be completely acceptable from a few staff members. Requests for meetings were sometimes completely ignored by owner and certain staff members that can do as they please. Very micro managed environment. Terrible PTO and benefits. Terrible parking situation at their Media location.

I was surprised to read your review. While I understand that the situation may have taken a toll on you, it’s unfair to place blame on the company as a whole for something that didn’t work out personally for you. We run a business focused on delivering quality IT services to our clients — this is not a kindergarten or a therapy office. It’s not realistic to expect an entire team to adjust around one individual, especially if collaboration wasn’t working both ways. I may not know every detail behind why the majority of the team found it difficult to work with you, but I do know that blaming management or the company itself for not being able to fix everything is misplaced. At some point, we had to stop tiptoeing around the situation and get back to focusing on what we do best — IT. We wish you all the best and are genuinely sorry it didn’t work out.
