This is about the store over in Columbia, TN. The store is filthy. It doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years. There are holes in the walls, the windows are so dirty you can't see through them, beetles frequently crawl across the counter, the bathroom is seriously scary, and it's also a storage room. There is no toilet paper, and the product on the shelves is covered in dust and grime. The employee turnover rate is very high, and the staff is undertrained and overworked. Most of the mangers are awesome people, but there a few who are awful to deal with.
