Management Horrible rules that didn't make sense, some going against Labor Board High turn over, I trained about 16 girls over two years that no longer work there Bad hours and shifts Being expected to be on call, but not being paid to be on call, then being treated like crap for it because you have a life and responsibility outside the company. Honestly everything that wasn't listed as a pro. Super cheap company - makes you buy store supplies out of pocket, then takes forever to pay you back. Working alone on weekends/closing (Cause you know, falling off a ladder is a possibility and if you're alone, you could get severely hurt)
