Pros
The Pros for me was I had a wonderful staff and terrific customers. Loved the free products would would get helped to give good feedback to customers. Wish we would have gotten a little more. Hours are very nice not typical retail and closed for holidays like July 4th, Memorial Day and so on.
Kontras
There are more cons then pros. First upper management does not care at all about their employees. You are worked extremely under staffed sometimes working a full shift open to close all alone in store. Only 1 person allowed to open so don’t have an emergency or hit traffic or wake up sick you are screwed. My district was very “clicky” so if not part of the click you know nothing that’s going on. Training to be a manager is a bare minimum but they want you to know everything after the week. No follow up for months to see how things were going. Try getting a vacation because so understaffed that is very difficult. Pay very low. My opinion RUN. You will end up leaving anyway.
