Free products. Get schedule in advance. Rotation weekend. Perks are nice. Medical insurance benefits are good. They pay what they have to pay (OT, Meal, mileage)
Kontras
Upper management do not care about you. They want numbers only. And they do not act professional while they want you to do so. They do not allow OT but that is a total lie while OT happen all the time.
