Pros
I loved that everyone I met in the company was willing to help me learn about his/her position. I think this allowed me to gain a good sense for the company as a whole and definitely showed that it has a very friendly, open culture.

My intern project didn't go as in-depth as I would have liked, but that's more a function of being an intern than anything else - there wasn't really time to do much more.
