unclear why some senior leaders are promoted. Supervisors are becoming more demeaning, belittling and condescending. godd leadership skills and results count less amnd less. It is sliding toward average corporate culture vs. outstanding, which it used to be. It's very disppointed that open bullying is not only tolerated but promoted.
