1. The EHSQ industry itself is dull. The industry is way too niche which can hinder your career growth opportunities if you are looking to leave after gaining couple of years experience.
2. HR function is very immature. No training provided to employees. They have no interests in growing talents which shows they still have that small company mindset. I still believe that hiring, training and growing talents are the keys for companies to succeed.
3. They hire many hard-working new immigrants and pay them way below market average. ironically, they mentioned diversity on their website to attract new hires.
4. New round of lay-off is likely to happen to meet aggressive profit growth target set by investor.
5.Sales and product team receive strong supports from management but not other teams.
6.Too cheap. They won’t event cover your phone bills.
