Pros

Coworkers (aside from management) are smart, kind, and great people. Offices are wildly different from one another so potentially better experiences at different locations.

Kontras

Terrible management, lack of communication, unclear expectations, slashed bonuses, horribly disorganized, trying and failing to standardize processes and technology. Horrible and slow growth opportunities and pay that is not competitive unless you are a partner. Long hours of boring and unstimulating work; no incentive to work hard as that's not associated with increased pay or promotions. Everyone who is not a partner hates their job and wants to leave but the exit opportunities are also not good

None. This place is as dysfunctional as it gets.

Management being the issue with this company is true. The advisors steal from their clients and you have people from the same team and same management dating each other. I found out too late that after I started, five people before me had quit or was either fired. Favoritism is a problem. You are belittled and spoken down on for what other on your team are doing. The practices are unethical and not best practice at all. When you speak up, they give you a written warning. I have never in my life worked for such a horrible company. Again, don't walk - RUN.
