Lacks competitive compensation packages - benefits, pay, bonus, equity, trajectory. Lacks ability and timeliness to properly communicate and provide transparency on their new policies, benefits and initiatives they roll out. HR is not a resource, wouldn’t recommend.

None. This place is as dysfunctional as it gets.

Management being the issue with this company is true. The advisors steal from their clients and you have people from the same team and same management dating each other. I found out too late that after I started, five people before me had quit or was either fired. Favoritism is a problem. You are belittled and spoken down on for what other on your team are doing. The practices are unethical and not best practice at all. When you speak up, they give you a written warning. I have never in my life worked for such a horrible company. Again, don't walk - RUN.
