I recently went through the recruitment process with this company, which initially resulted in an offer that I was pleased to accept. However, my experience took an unexpected turn during the onboarding process, leading me to reconsider my decision to join the team. The onboarding experience was disorganized and lacked transparency, significantly differing from the positive impression I had expected. Communication was a major issue; which made me feel undervalued as a new joiner. Unfortunately, inconsistencies arose after my background check was completed and my start date was discussed, culminating in the withdrawal of my job offer without a clear explanation. This sudden change, along with the lack of direct communication, hinted at a deeper issue within the company culture and management practices. I hope my feedback can serve as constructive criticism, highlighting the need for a more transparent, organized, and respectful approach to onboarding and candidate communication.
