I can't say enough good things about the CEO. He genuinely cares about the employees, has a high degree of integrity, he's the type of leader that makes you want to do your best (not the type that instills fear in the employees to force them to perform), he holds people accountable in a fair but effective way and he pumps people up with his upbeat, positive attitude about CorePharma and it's employees. Morale has improved by a factor of 10 since Steve's arrival. Pay and benefits are very good for a smaller company. The corporate culture does not condone bullying and promotes collaboration between departments.

Work hours can be crazy at times. Introducing more automation and better utilizing existing computer systems could help.
