Not a good company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Core-Mark: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This division is all about who your friends are. They treat the good employees bad and treat the bad employees who are their friends good. They get complaints from employees or customers and swipe them under the rug. Unless the complaint goes to corporate they will do nothing about it. Even when it goes to corporate they tighten ranks at the division to try and protect their friend who the complaint was about. It is a joke and it is a matter of time before they are facing a huge lawsuit for discrimination. They have a safety manager who is horrible and treats the staff awful but they do not get rid of her for some odd reason, They have been given numerous examples of her being awful to employees and still allow her to treat them awful. It is amazing what she alone is able to get away with at this company. She alone is setting them up to get sued for the way she treats the staff.
