Pros

At one point the schedule provided for consistent 3 day weekends, at this point I'm not at all sure how they're choosing to run their drivers.

Kontras

Management leadership and choices had no consideration for feedback from the point of contact (the drivers) with customers. I found myself constantly apologizing to customers for mistakes made by warehouse workers. Management then decided to implement cut rate scanners the drivers were required to use to receive their bonuses. My experience consisted mainly of placating customers whilst management seemed to be solely focused on management strategies that seemed progressively less efficient.
