The level of autonomy you have at the local level is unlike what you'll experience at a company of this size anywhere else. You have the opportunity to define the culture and standards within your individual business unit. Aging top end of the org with upward mobility.

Kontras

Extremely tight margins, limits capital for long term reinvestment Lack of standardization across the enterprise Training/development has historically been an afterthought. If you don't naturally grab the bull by the horns and own your own development, you will struggle.
