3dThis is the wrong company, again. I've contacted Indeed and Glassdoor about the mistaken identity, and even though I'm a premium advertiser on Indeed, it's obvious they don't care.

3dIt's what you put into it. I currently have zero employees, so this might have been a New Business Development person that I brought on with a 1099 arrangement. The commission structure was set up so that they could potentially earn well over 100K, possibly over 200K, but they had to be a real "hunter". Unfortunately, I never found that hunter. I'm, unfortunately, the best at developing New Business, so I've scaled back.
