That 10% bonus a recruiter will tell you is "guaranteed" is a lie. It's based off of profits so get ready for a .3% bonus and an apology each quarter. When I was on projects I didn't feel like I worked at Core, it felt like I worked for the client. When I was no longer on a project, all those relationships I'd built were just gone. When you get benched you're all alone just learning new technologies and trying to stay motivated. Being on the bench for 5 months made me feel like I was stagnating in my career and there were no new available projects on the horizon. It was truly a waste of time. I'm not even sad to be done with this company, I'm annoyed that now I have to job hunt. Good riddance
