I've had the pleasure to work with the Core BTS upstate Clifton Park, New York team. The local leadership is incredibly smart and very strategic in the operation of the business. Yes there is a culture where everyone is held accountable, however it's also a culture which facilitates team work and keeping everyone focused on the achievement of company and individual goals. Many/most of the team has been together for several years. Bottom line is simply Core BTS has created a great culture, the local management and leadership is extremely competent and focused, compensation is fair and rewards team work and success, and the emphasis has always been on doing what is right for the customer. I highly recommend Core BTS.
