Not the best - Office Assistant bei CopperState Fire Protection: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No training or very minimal training, communication is lacking. Pay is not great either for the amount of work they expect. No loyalty, saw one employee being praised and told he was getting a raise for his great work and a couple weeks later he was let go. Same with another employee one week it was all compliments and a couple weeks later it was critiquing everything. They seem to be ok with one employee causing a hostile work environment.
