Amazing team, management foster a culture that not only encourages you but also allows for independence and growth. I can honestly say I've never felt so happy with a company. The entire team is supportive engaged and always willing to help one another if needed. Companies say they have a family vibe but this one really does! Working remote with the option to go to the office is perfect. They are also very generous as a company with regular meet ups incentives and all round amazing bunch of people. Everyone is equally invested in helping our clients succeed and to the growth of the company itself. You are encouraged to perform at your best and conversely you want to! Can't rate it high enough! If you think youre lacking in a skill the compnay will support you in aginning it so professional and personal growth is also encouraded.
