Management is so incredibly catty. There's drama every month, not just between associates, but mostly with management and leadership. The store manager is also good friends with the district manager so if you had any HR violations with her it wouldn't be taken seriously and they would just laugh about it in their video calls. So many HR violations have been made here its not even funny.
