Pros

- Managers are nice, so are the coworkers you'll have. Likeminded and easy to connect with each of them. - Staff dress and discount are 10/10 (expands to Nike employee discount as well)

Kontras

- Hard to communicate with your Managers outside of work hours. You cannot text in group chats, you cannot contact managers, which makes it extremely difficult when there are specific managers for certain jobs and just get told to talk to the other (if they are not in and it's important you're pretty much screwed) You will get scolded for trying to reach them outside of work hours because "boundaries" and "respect" but will have NO problem contacting you outside of your work hours. - Not enough hours. VERY frequent payroll cuts, even when the store is doing well and we're hitting the goal. We get rewarded for our hard work with hour cuts. - There is always more than one to two managers at the same time (each with 8-hour shifts). Even in "dead" seasons when there are BARELY any hours. They get paid more and get the longest shifts, but the associates who actually put in the work get the hour cuts and feel it, but the managers don't which is extremely frustrating. - Management can really be hypocrites. You will get called out and in trouble for using your phone briefly. But managers will be walking or standing around on the phone for decent amounts of hours in front of customers. Both locations I worked at were like this.

Pros

Opportunities for growth and great benefits.

Kontras

Management is so incredibly catty. There's drama every month, not just between associates, but mostly with management and leadership. The store manager is also good friends with the district manager so if you had any HR violations with her it wouldn't be taken seriously and they would just laugh about it in their video calls. So many HR violations have been made here its not even funny. I recommend the company as well as Nike who owns them but do yourself a favor and stay away from the Philadelphia Premium Outlets location.
