Control Tech is by far the BEST Company I have worked for. The owners truly care about their employees, as this truly shows with our great company image and reputation. It’s not just about the bottom line with them. You’re not just another number here at Control Tech, you actually become part of a family of over 200+ people and growing on a daily basis. Every member of the management team has an open door policy, and truly stand by it. You can approach anyone of them and they will take the time to listen to you concerns, whether they are work related or not. Each one of them genuinely care about every employee here, like I said you become part of a family. As you can see, Control Tech’s Number One priority is their staff, ensuring they are treated fairly, equally and have a safe and fun environment to work in. Not to mention, the owners are not scared to get their hands dirty, they have no issue with throwing on a pair of coveralls and helping out in field when needed or around the shop/yard. If you want to work for an awesome group of people, this is the place for you and you need not look an further. The company has grown so much since I’ve started. There are three locations in Alberta – Grande Prairie, Fox Creek, Peace River. One Location in British Columbia - Dawson Creek. One location in the United States based in Elmira Heights, New York. That’s right, these awesome group Canadians have opened an office in the USA, taking their awesomeness south of the border.
