You will have opportunities to push your skills in ways that will definitely help your career.

Kontras

Many of the directors have no leadership experience or training, and I feel that contributes to why it feels so miserable to work here. CEO also has no prior experience (he started this company right out of undergrad), and sometimes the timelines don't seem to make sense.

Pros

Lots of funding and flexibility in day to day

Kontras

Missed a funeral for what I was told was the final round interview. Was asked to participate in multiple additional rounds after this. Was then told 2 weeks after last contact that they would be hiring neither myself nor the other remaining candidate would be hired and that they were rescinding the role. Lack of leadership at the corporate level. C suite is largely off sight and out of touch with day to day. Employees expressed frustration with this during the interview process.
