work from home Kept other allowances but still not enough provided equipments and was shipped out by a carrier. 5 Emergency leave paid VL and SL conversion annually (January)

Not all managers are nice/fair. 13th month pay computation is always incorrect for the past 3 years I was there and they didn't made any corrections and insist that was how it was bec apparently Absence and leave are deducted.
