There is no path for growth or advancement, and feedback is largely reactive, unhelpful, and often demoralizing. Expectations change constantly without direction or support, contributing to extremely low morale

Work-life balance, Flexibility, 401K match, wonderful clients, amazing team members

Leadership was toxic would not recommend there is also limited mobility for moving up.
