Pros

It's a great training grounds for a starter, we have everything that we need, happy and light environment, with colleagues ready to lend a hand whenever we have an irate customers, there's always a teamwork in this company.

Kontras

The Salary is not suitable in sustaining everyday's need, Increment is not a part of plan which demotivates the staff in doing their jobs. Benefits were not properly implemented as well.
