You get to coach and develop agents. The employee phone plan is great. The locations are always clean.
Kontras
There is no consistency with policy. If you are a tenured employee you are paid less than new hires. The bonus structure has changed to one that is more company friendly rather then employee friendly. The company has gone from truly caring about the employee, to a corporation that only cares about bottom lines. Senior and C-level management lacks diversity. The pay for supervisors who have been there years isn't consistent or competitive, which is leading to many people leaving.
